The Visionary Foundation: 30 Years in the Making

Voxetta Labs is led by Harvey Wyche (LinkedIn), a veteran technologist with over 30 years of experience in Engineering and Technical Product Management. Throughout a career defined by leading Digital Transformations and building enterprise-grade Data Platforms, Harvey has sat at the intersection of AI and User Experience.

His work has always been about more than just code but rather about how humans interact with complex systems. After three decades of witnessing how technical debt and administrative sludge can alienate the very people technology is meant to serve, he founded Voxetta Labs to turn the tide.

The Spark: From Observation to Action (2025–2026)

The catalyst for Voxetta Labs was a professional observation of a systemic failure. As Florida prepared for the landmark 2026 SNAP regulatory shifts, Harvey recognized a widening access gap. Traditional government websites and static FAQs were failing to adapt to new work requirements and caregiver exemptions.

Leveraging his deep expertise in AI-native architecture, Harvey realized that the solution wasn't a better website but it was a new type of interface. Voxetta Labs was born to ensure that policy changes didn't result in human displacement.

The Vision: Human-Centric Advocacy

We believe technology should advocate, not just process. By combining 30 years of UX principles with the latest in Conversational AI, we are building Zaiya, a digital bridge designed to navigate complexity with empathy. Our journey is a deliberate evolution: moving from immediate regulatory clarity in Florida to building a nationwide ecosystem of AI-driven support.
