The Voxetta Labs Evolution

Phase I: Knowledge & Trust (Current)

In the wake of the 2026 legislative changes, our first priority is accuracy. We are deploying Zaiya to translate thousands of pages of dense Reemployment, SNAP, WIC, and LIHEAP statutes into a hyper-accurate, conversational FAQ. By providing clear answers in real-time, we began building the foundation of trust necessary to guide families through the system. Zaiya launched a Blog, Benefit Crunch, where she and her partner group of journalists strive to drive awareness, provide information, and support communities.

Phase II: Community Integration

We believe technology is most powerful when it’s local. We are moving beyond the screen to build direct partnerships with Florida food banks and non-profits. This phase is about meeting families where they are and integrating Zaiya into the community organizations that serve as the front lines of essential security.

Phase III: The Navigator

Trust evolved into action. We expanded Zaiya’s capabilities from an information source to a full-service Benefit Navigator. This conversational tool guides users through the application processes from start to finish, using intelligent document processing to ensure every application is accurate before it’s even submitted.

Phase IV: The Total Support Ecosystem

Hunger doesn’t exist in a vacuum. Recognizing that families in need often qualify for other vital services, we are expanding Zaiya’s intelligence. Our AI now identifies eligibility for a wider ecosystem, from discounted utilities and internet to EBT-integrated retail programs at partners like Amazon, Publix, and Walmart.

Phase V: Data for Good

The final layer of our evolution is systemic. By utilizing anonymized, persona-based insights, Voxetta Labs identifies the hidden hurdles in the social safety net. We use this data to advocate for policy changes and predict the future needs of communities, ensuring the system evolves as fast as the people it serves.
