We realized that AI shouldn't just be for tech giants, it should be a tool for the grandmother trying to understand a caregiver exemption or the parent navigating new work requirements.

Nora is our flagship AI navigator. More than just a chatbot, Nora is a conversational advocate trained on the latest Florida statutes. She exists to guide users through the SNAP lifecycle with clarity, dignity, and accuracy while ensuring that no eligible family is left behind due to a "knowledge gap".
